Character Rules:
-NO CANNON CHARACTERS, NO EXCEPTIONS
-You may not compare your character to a cannon character in any way, if you say “he looks like black star” that wont work, you also cannot mention cannons in your history or personality
-Longer character give you faster and easier approval
-Only admins may approve
-These are all banned abilites:
-Long Distance Teleportation
-Mind control
-Telekinesis
-Immortality
-Everything custom your character has must be approved before your character can be
-Character must be approved before rping
